Post-Rehabilitation
Do you have an old injury or a painful condition that continues to limit your daily activities or your fitness goals? Post-rehab conditioning consists of developing and implementing fitness programs for those experiencing chronic medical conditions or as a continuation of physical therapy and chiropractic care after injury.
Working with a trainer that is educated in the area of corrective and rehabilitative exercise is valuable in helping you remain safe and free from re-injury while building strength and endurance.
Specializing in corrective and medical exercise for over 20 years, I have helped numerous clients rehabilitate after an injury or surgery. For these clients it is very important that the appropriate exercise program be implemented to reduce or eliminate the physical deficits found at the time of assessment.
In working with those that have chronic medical conditions, such as fibromyalgia, lupus, or arthritis, my first and formost goal is to develop an exercise plan that is safe and effective.
The primary objective of post-rehabilitation training is to improve strength, increase range of motion, decrease pain and maintain or increase daily function.
